Terms and Conditions:
 
''Photographer'' shall mean Clare Evans at Edinburgh Portrait Studio
''Client'' shall mean the person(s) in the images.

By applying for or agreeing to a free photo shoot or entering a competition you also agree that the Photographer may use any of the images for whatever purpose he wishes including promotion, editing/manipulation, competition entry, portfolio use etc.
You will need to sign an agreement or modelling contract/release form supplied by the photographer.

All images remain the copyright of the Photographer.

Any images supplied to the Client by Clare Evans in whatever media or form are for personal use only and not to be used for personal profit or any financial or material gain whatsoever.
​
Licence for use is only for personal use by the Client eg: social media posting, printing personal images or for portfolio use.
​
No cash alternative will be given if prints or digital images are offered as part of any free photo shoot. The shoot has no cash value and can not be swapped for any other session type.

Transport cost to the venue/location are not covered by Edinburgh Portrait Studio
​
Any Client under the age of 18 will need a Parent or Guardian present at any photo shoot and they will also need to sign the agreement or model release form.
